A fully automated platform allows clients and candidates to find the solution to their problems immediately. Creating an automated heavy platform comes with its benefits of being hands off and allowing it to run itself.

Candidate Board
Allow clients to view and filter candidates of the select fields you want to share. A candidate board can be added to the Client Profile as a section and it can be embedded into a page on your website.
Add the Candidate Board to the Client Profile.
Before adding the Candidate Board to the profiles. Go to More > Global Settings > Agency Details > Other Settings > Preferences > and select Show Candidate Board.
1. Select More.
2. Select Application and Profile Builder.
3. Filter and select the Pencil Icon of the Profile you wish to add the candidate board.
4. Scroll down to (in red) Add a Field.
(in blue) name the Field label and Profile label.
(in yellow) select the field type as Preset Section.
(in orange) select Save.
5. This is now added to the client profiles. Select a client, view their profile and scroll down to see you newly added Candidate Board.

Allow Candidates to Choose their Own Rates
Set up your platform to allow candidates to set their own rate and have that number automatically added to the booking.
Create a question in the application or profile that asks for their rate.
1. Select More.
2. Select Application and Profile Builder.
3. Select the Pencil Icon of a section.
4. Add a question that asks the candidate for their rate with options you've entered.
5. Make sure the model is Rate.
This example is a drop down because it works best if the candidates pick an option instead of writing in their own option.
Add the Rate to the Checkout and Price Manager.
1. From More select Global Settings.
2. Select Pricing, then select Add Price.
3. In red, Name the Price.
In blue, select the type as Hourly Booking Rate.
In green, select the Input Price as candidate_rate.
In yellow, choose where Candidate - Rate is and leave select value blank.
In orange, select Update.
Check your work by making a booking.
To check your work, make sure you select a candidate for the booking, and make sure that candidate has a selected rate.
At the bottom of the booking, make sure the Candidate Rate (in red) is the rate the Candidate has selected.
Allow Clients to post their own jobs.
1. Begin by turning on the setting to allow Clients to Post their own Jobs by selecting More.
2. Select Global Settings.
3. Select Clients.
4. Select Other.
5. Select Clients can post placement jobs themselves.
6. Directly below "Can clients post placement job requests themselves", in red, select which job status the placement job post will be after a client selects submit.
In blue, select to Allow clients to view applicants for placement jobs, as they will need to be able to see the candidates that wish to fill their role.
7. Select More.
8. Select Application and Profile Builder.
9. Filter for Profile and select the Pencil Icon of the Client profile you'd like to update.
10. Add a Field.
11. In red, name the Field Label and the Profile Label.
In green, select the Equal Sign Icon to select the field type as Preset Section.
In blue, select the My Jobs category.
In yellow, select Save.
12. Open the Profile of a Test Client and select My Jobs.
13. Select Post a Job.
14. The Form that will open is a Placement Job Form.
15. Create the Placement job Form by selecting More.
16. Select Application and Profile Builder.
17. Select Add
18. Name the Form and select the Builder Type as Placement Job.
19. Default Field will populate but adjust the form to represent the needs of your clients so they can best have success while posting a job on their own.
20. After making adjustments to the form select Save.
Collect Registation
An important part of being a hands off care platform requires collecting a fee for a client to sign up. Enginehire also allows for candidates to register with a fee.
Collect a Client Registration.
1. From More, select Global Settings.
2. Select Clients.
3. Select Registration Fee.
4. Select the "Do you collect a registrations/initial up front fee from clients" checkbox .
Add the Fee.
Select the Types that do not need to enter payment information, if any.
Select Client types which are not charged registration fee, if any.
Select the client with certain tags that are charged a registration fee when they enter their payment information in their profile, if any.
Select Statuses where client sees option to pay registration fee, if any.
Select Status change on registration fee submission, if any.
Add the Registration Fee Heading/Title.
Collect a Client Registration.
1. From More, select Global Settings.
2. Select Pricing.
3. Select Add Price.
4. In red, add the name of the price.
In blue, select the Type as Registration Fee.
In green, select the User Type as Candidate.
In yellow, add the Flat Fee or above the yellow, begin using price conditions to create a narrowly defined option.
In orange, select the Categories, if any.
In pink, add the description.
In brown, select Create.
