Create a Customized Admin To Do Email Notification
Ensure the team understands the tasks they need to complete in the style you'd like to share it with the sender being the team member that assigned it.
1. From Mission Control select Templates.
2. Select Email Templates.
3. Select Add Template.
4. Select Admin as the Audience.
5. Select the Trigger as Assign To Do Task Notification.
6. Adjust the default subject line and body of the email.
7. Select Use Current Admin Email.
8. Select Create.
9. Test the email by creating and assigning a task in from a client profile.
