Configure AxisCare Caregiver Client Restrictions
Configure AxisCare caregiver-client restrictions to ensure staffing preferences are respected during synchronization. By mapping the appropriate Do Not Send relationship status from AxisCare, EngineHire can recognize caregiver-client restrictions and prevent caregivers from being automatically staffed to clients with whom they have a configured block.

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll the tabs to the left and click the Backup Care Assistant tab.

Step 3: Click the AxisCare option to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Check the Map Caregiver Preferences (Favourites & Do Not Send) checkbox.

Step 5: Click the box under the Select relationship status for ‘Do Not Send’ in Axiscare option to open the dropdown list.

Step 6: Select the relationship status that represents Do Not Send in AxisCare. The settings will be saved automatically.
