Candidates: How to Setup Stripe
Please view the following steps to create your Stripe.com account.
Follow these steps:
1. Login to your Enginehire account
2. Click your "My Jobs" Tab
* Please note, this section is where you see confirmed job details. The button text may vary.
3. Click: Connect with Stripe.com (blue button)
4. Begin creating your Stripe.com Account
* If you already have an existing account, please click here.
5. Enter Details:
Business Location: Select the location of the company you work for.
Type of Business: Individual/ Sole Proprietorship (do not choose business or you will need to enter an EIN)
6. Add your Bank Details
- This is where you will be funded the money that comes in from your earnings.
7. Add details for customers:
- This section is very important, you will need to gather details from the company you work for/with.
Statement Descriptor: Add your companies name
Shortened Descriptor: Add your title (example: Caregiver, Dentist, Driver, etc)
Customer Support Phone Number: Add your companies phone number (do not add yours)
Customer Support Address: Add your companies address (do not address your personal address)
8. Review, Agree and Submit!
Now, you will begin receiving payouts as you work!
FAQ's
1. How long does it take to receive the funds?
- Money is transferred to you within 1-2 days after the client has been charged.
2. Will I have to pay any fees?
- - No, you will not be charged any fees from your earnings.
3. Can I see my future payouts?
- Yes, in your dashboard of Enginehire, you will see your balance and incoming funds.
