Bulk Recalculate Rates for Shift Jobs

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Shift Job Calendar in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Table tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Adjust the date range using the available date range fields to filter the jobs as required, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 4: Select the jobs for which you want to recalculate the rates by enabling the checkboxes before them in the first column.

Step 5: A group of buttons will appear after you select the jobs. Click the Bulk Recalculate Rates button.

Bulk recalculate rates for multiple shift jobs at once to update incorrect or outdated rate calculations. This is useful when managing imported jobs or multiple shift jobs that require their rates to be recalculated.
