Streamlined Steps to Launch an agency’s App Successfully

- Start the subscription in Stripe
- Update the checklist on customer experience
- Welcome Email and Subscription
- Send a welcome email to the client (here is the template), confirming subscription details and providing access information to complete the App Form.
- Obtain a DUNS Number
- Complete the process for obtaining a DUNS number if required, typically needed for Apple Developer accounts and Google play console.
- Create a Privacy Policy Link/URL
- Draft and publish a privacy policy, then create a URL for it to use in app listings and submissions.
- Set Up Apple Developer Account
- Register for an Apple Developer account, completing all necessary verification steps.
- Set Up Google Developer Account
- Register for a Google Developer account, ensuring all setup and verification steps are complete.
- Complete the App Information Form on the Platform
- Enter all relevant app information (description, support contact, category, etc.) on your platform’s app information form.
- Verify Website on Google Play Console and Accept Apple Policies (Trader and PLA)
- Verify the website on the Google Play Console.
- Review and accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (PLA) and any required policies.
- App Build
- Generate a final app build, incorporating all features, branding, and configurations.
- Submit for Review on Google and Apple
- Submit the app for review on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- App Goes Live
