Allow Candidates to directly accept job when job is broadcasted

If you want candidates to be able to directly accept broadcasted jobs without showing interest first, you can enable the setting by following the steps bellow to allow Candidates to directly accept job when job is broadcasted without showing any interest.

Navigate to More → Global Settings 

Select Jobs → Job Board Settings → Shift Jobs → Expressing Interest In and Accepting Shift Jobs


Scroll and tick the box for "Candidates can accept job when job is broadcasted"
Click "Update Settings"
