Agency Marketplace - Succeed Together!
Welcome to the Agency Marketplace! If you are having difficulty making a placement, get help from the community

With the Agency Marketplace you can share a placement with the community and get help with finding the perfect candidate for it.
What a Marketplace post shows
You will find the Marketplace under the marketplace icon in the top navigation bar of your platform. Opening it takes you to the Placement (Part Time and Full Time) Opportunities board, where every placement shared with the community appears as its own post.
Each post gives you enough to decide whether a role is worth pursuing before you submit anyone. Along with the position title and location, you will see the Fee the posting agency is offering, the Posted Date, the Start Date, and the full description they wrote, covering details like the family's situation, the children's ages, and what they are looking for in a candidate.
The Posted Date tells you when the placement was first shared on the Marketplace. It is useful context when you are deciding where to spend your time: a placement shared this week is more likely to still be open than one that has been on the board for months, and it gives you a sense of how long the posting agency has been searching.
Step 1: Share a placement with the marketplace
When you share a placement with the marketplace you set a fee that you are willing to pay to get the right candidate for it. Your placement job will appear in the marketplace board without any identifying details about you or your client.
Step 2: Other agencies submit candidates
Other agencies will see the placement job you shared and can submit their candidates that they think can be a good fit for your review. You will get notified whenever you receive a new candidate!
If you submit one of your candidates to a position the agency receiving will receive the candidate profile without any identifying details.
Step 3: Review the candidates and accept or decline
You can review candidate profiles submitted to you (without identifying details) and decide if you think they may be a good fit or not. If you decline someone the agency that provided the candidate will be notified and nothing further is required. If you think the candidate can be a good fit and you accept them, then you will receive a shareable link for them which you can send to your client for review.
Step 4: Make the match and share in the success!
If you end up placing that candidate then share the placement fee as you set with your agency friend!
