# Admin Status Notification Emails

## Notify team members of changes in a status of a client or candidate to have them take action.

1\) From Mission Control select **Templates**.

2\) Select **Email Templates**. 

3\. Select **Add Template**.

4\. Name the Template

5\. Select the Audience as **Admin.**

6\. Select the trigger as **Status Change Notification.**  
7\. Select the user type as **Candidate** if this is a notification about Candidates or **Client** if this is a notification about Clients. 

8\. Select the **Status** for the change this notification is about.

9\. Complete the rest of the email, creating a subject, the body of the email, and select the options most relevant for your needs.
