When viewing a candidate with whom you share their profile, the extend offer button appears for clients. With this setting, you can adjust when the button will be visible to the client.

When clients view a candidate's profile that the agency has shared with them, you can adjust when they see the extend offer button. Most agencies have it appear once they have marked interested.
