Add Conditions to Email Templates
Use Conditions to harness an email template's trigger and narrow its focus to send exactly when you need it.
1. From Mission Control select More.
2. Select Email Templates.
3. Select the Email Template to add matching conditions or create a new template.
4. At the bottom of the email template select Add Matching Conditions.
Matching Conditions will add another layer of criteria a user must meet for them to receive this particular email.
5. Add the matching conditions, you can create many addition matching conditions.
NOTE:
Regardless of how many conditions are on an email, only one of them needs to be met for that email to be send based on its criteria.
