Activate The Candidate Community
The candidate community is perfect for bringing your team together, make important announcements, and simplifying connecting with your candidates while allowing them to connect with each other.
NOTE: Candidate Community can only be activated by Enginehire Admins. Feel free to chat with us or create a ticket request here.
1. Once your Candidate Community is activated, you can access it at the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Create a Post.
Click on Start a New Topic and post your announcements and your team can interact from here.
Use the community to allow any team member with questions to share them with your talent pool and staff so anyone can respond in the community, allowing that knowledge to be shared with everyone.
