Advance Search

Why Is My Enginehire Platform Running Slow?

Check to see if you are loading too much at once. Many Admins and Agencies have hundreds to tens of thousands of users in their system and depending on how you are trying to view users it may impact your speed.

How many clients or candidates are you trying to load at once?

Alter your default search or adjust your search filters setting to load the candidates that you are looking for.

The easiest filters to consider are...

1) Hide Statuses of Inactive and Reject clients or candidates.

2) Search by recently active or within a date. There is probably little need to search for candidates that haven't logged into the system in over a few years.
