When matching clients with candidates select what info to share from candidate profiles

Determine which information to share from your candidate profile for each client. Learn how to do this every time you match a client with a candidate.

Initially, you'll want to determine which fields from the candidate profile you wish to share with specific clients. To ensure these fields are not automatically shared with all clients, you need to set them as private. To accomplish this:

- Open any candidate profile.

- Locate the specific field you wish to set as private and click on the gear icon adjacent to the section header.

In the example below, to set the "First Name" field as private, click on the gear icon located next to the "Contact Information" section header.

- Locate the field you wish to designate as private, and then navigate to the "Additional Properties" section to add the "Is Private" attribute.

Now that you have identified the fields you wish to keep private, let's explore how to choose which of those fields to share with clients when matching them with candidates.

- Access the client record, then proceed to the candidate matching section to initiate the process of adding a new candidate.
