View Weekly Projected Revenue on the Shift Job Calendar
See your projected revenue for any week on the Shift Job Calendar, and choose which shift statuses count toward the total.
The Shift Job Calendar shows a Weekly Revenue summary so your team can see the projected revenue for any week at a glance. It adds up the suggested charge for the shifts you count as revenue, and you decide which shift statuses those are.
Where to find it
Open the Shift Job Calendar and switch to the Table view. Below the filters and your saved views, just above the Key Performance Indicators, you will see the Weekly Revenue bar with the Projected Revenue figure for the selected week.

Move between weeks
Use the arrows on either side of the date range on the Weekly Revenue bar to step back and forward a week at a time, or use the calendar icon to jump to a specific week. The projected revenue updates for whatever week you land on. If a number looks out of date, use the refresh button on the bar to recalculate it.

Choose which statuses count toward revenue
Click the gear on the Weekly Revenue bar (Configure revenue statuses) to open the Statuses included in weekly revenue setting. Add or remove shift statuses here, for example Completed, Confirmed, Charged, or Cancelled. Only shifts in the statuses you include are counted toward the projected revenue for the week.

How the figure is worked out
The projected revenue is the total suggested charge of the shifts that fall in the selected week and match your included statuses. Because it is a projection, it can vary slightly from your final charged totals, for example when some shifts in the week are still in progress or only partway through their status.
