View the AI Match Breakdown for Placement Job Applicants

View a detailed AI Match Breakdown for placement job applicants to understand how their compatibility score was calculated. The breakdown highlights which requirements matched, which did not, and explains the reasons behind any differences, helping you make informed placement decisions more efficiently.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then click Placement Jobs from the navigation bar.

Step 2: Navigate to any placement job for which you want to review applicants, then click the View Applicants button.

Step 3: Click the Find Best Match with AI button.

Step 4: Click the Show All button to view the AI analysis for all applicants.

Step 5: Click the View AI match breakdown button in the AI Details column for the applicant you want to review.

The AI Match Breakdown will be displayed, including the AI Summary, Match Breakdown, and the Reason for Difference, allowing you to understand how the applicant's compatibility score was determined.
