How to make changes to Upcoming Charges
Admin now have the ability to view, edit, and cancel "Upcoming Charges"
An "Upcoming Charges" view is now available for agencies who are utilizing the delay on processing setting for shift job charges. If the shift job is in your list of Upcoming Charges- you still have time to edit the amounts or cancel the charge entirely.
Do you pay out candidates from your Shift Job Calendar? The number of hours you have to edit or cancel charges correlates to the number of hours you have set in More > Global Settings > Jobs > Shift Job Settings > Payments:
Do you only charge candidates from your Shift Job Calendar? The number of hours you have to edit or cancel charges correlates to the number of hours you have set in More > Builders > Application & Profile Builder > Client Profile > Gear Icon (Settings) > Charging & Payments
You will find the list of Upcoming Charges in the upper right-hand corner of your Shift Job Calendar view:
For each shift, you have the option to "Edit Amounts" or cancel the charge entirely by choosing "Do Not Charge":
