Use the App Onboarding Assistant
Use the App Onboarding Assistant to receive real-time guidance while completing tasks in the App Checklist. The assistant can answer common questions, provide helpful instructions, and assist with onboarding activities, helping you complete setup tasks more efficiently.
The App Onboarding Assistant can help with App Checklist-related topics such as DUNS numbers, Apple Developer accounts, Google Developer accounts, privacy policies, and app setup tasks. For questions outside these topics, please contact Support at support@enginehire.ca.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click App in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Need Help? button.

Step 3: Select one of the suggested questions in the App Setup Assistant chatbox.

Alternatively, start a new conversation by typing "hello" in the message box and clicking the Send button.

Step 4: Enter your question in the message box, then click the Send button. The App Onboarding Assistant will respond with guidance and help based on your query.
