Use Reference Check Form Questions with the AI Voice Agent

Use reference check form questions with the AI Voice Agent to streamline automated reference checks while preserving your existing reference-checking process. When enabled, the AI Voice Agent will ask the questions configured in your reference check form and automatically save the reference's responses back to the corresponding form fields.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Integrations, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click the AI Voice Agent Integration option to expand its details.

Step 3: Click the Reference Check Al Call Configuration option to expand the details.

Step 4: Check the Ask Reference Check Form Questions checkbox. This will enable the AI voice agent to ask all the questions present in the reference check form and save the answers back to the form.

Step 5: Click the Save Configuration button.

You can also enable this checkbox from the candidate profile under the REFERENCES section by clicking the gear icon next to the AI Call button. This setting remains synced across both locations, so updates made in one place are reflected in the other.
