[App](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/app?hsLang=en) # Use One Mobile App for Multiple Franchise Locations ## If your agency has more than one franchise location, every user from all of these locations can use the same mobile app. ### Why is this important? A **franchise location** is another branch or location connected to your agency. Instead of having a separate app for every location, users from all franchise locations can use the **same mobile app**. **One Franchise → Multiple Locations → One Mobile App Let’s get started 🚀** **Step 1:** Contact **Enginehire Support** to request the **franchise feature** for the mobile app.The Enginehire team will configure the franchise setup for the app. **Step 2:** Log in to your Enginehire dashboard and go to: **More \> Global Settings** ### **![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-21-2026-06-34-29-3241-AM.png?width=1928&height=590&name=image-png-Sep-21-2026-06-34-29-3241-AM.png)** **Step 3:** In **App \> Login Settings,** enable these settings. **“Allow users from other agencies in the same franchise to log in to the app”** and **“Allow users to switch to accounts in other agencies within the same franchise in the app.” ![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-18-2026-08-16-29-8492-AM.png?width=670&height=255&name=image-png-Sep-18-2026-08-16-29-8492-AM.png)** The settings will be saved automatically. ![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-18-2026-10-13-57-7161-AM.png?width=670&height=142&name=image-png-Sep-18-2026-10-13-57-7161-AM.png) **Step 4:** Enable both settings for **each agency/location in the franchise**.
