Use Employer Name in Public Links

Configure public links to display the employer name instead of individual first and last names. This setting replaces name-based models with employer-based naming wherever public links are used, ensuring consistent and appropriate client identification.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then navigate to More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.


Step 2: Click the Clients tab from the available tabs.


Step 3: Click Client Name Settings to expand and view its details.


Step 4: Check the Use Employer Name as client Name in the Public Links checkbox to proceed. The system saves the setting automatically.
