Use AI ASSIST Feature

Refine, rewrite, or expand text in fields that support AI abilities across the platform. By entering your instructions, you can adjust the tone, clarify the message, or generate an improved version of the text. This helps ensure that the text you use is clear, consistent, and professionally written. This documentation will walk you through how to use the AI Assist feature to enhance text in supported fields throughout the platform.

Let’s get started. 🚀

Step 1: Click on the AI ASSIST icon located at the bottom-right corner of the text area field.


Step 2: Type your request in the “What would you like the assistant to do” field — for example, “Please rewrite the text in this field to sound more professional.” Then, click the Submit button.

 

Step 3: Click the Yes button to replace the existing text with AI-generated content.

 

If you are not satisfied with the AI-generated text, you can click the No button and repeat steps 1 and 2 to submit another request and try again.

The text will be successfully replaced with the AI Generated Text.
