Update Candidate Status When All Documents Are Signed

Automatically update a candidate’s status when they sign all required documents. This global setting allows you to select the status that candidates will be moved to once all required documents have been signed.

For demonstration purposes, this article uses Candidates as an example. However, you can perform the same steps for Clients under the Clients tab in Global Settings. 

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings, as shown in the screenshot below.

You will be on the Candidates tab by default.

Step 2: Scroll down and click the Documents option to expand and view its details.

Step 3: Enable the Update candidate status when ALL documents are signed checkbox.

Step 4: Select the candidate status to which the candidate will be automatically updated after signing all required documents.

The settings will be saved automatically.

These are Global Settings, so the configuration applies to all candidates and overrides individual document rules. When enabled, the setting automatically updates a candidate’s status after all required documents are signed.
