[Templates & Communication](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/templates-communication?hsLang=en) # Trigger Notifications When Shift Job Status Changes ## Automatically send an email or SMS notification when a shift job changes to a specific status, such as Completed. This helps keep recipients informed when a job reaches the status you use to mark the end of a workflow.
