Translate the "Did You Start an Application?" Popup Message
Configure translated versions of the "Did You Start an Application?" popup message for candidate and client forms. By adding language-specific translations, you can display the popup message in the user's selected language instead of showing the default English text, providing a more localized experience for multilingual users.

Add a Language to Your Agency
Before configuring translated content on an application form, add the required language to your agency settings.
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Click the Agency Details tab from the available tabs.
Step 3: Click the Language & Locations option to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Click the + icon to add a new language as needed.
Step 5: Enter the language you want to add. The settings will be saved automatically.
Enable Additional Languages on the Application Form
After adding a language to your agency, configure the application form to make the selected languages available for translation.
Step 1: On your agent dashboard, click More > Application & Profile Builder as shown in the screenshot below. 
Step 2: Click the Filter by type box to open the dropdown list.

Step 3: Select the Application option from the dropdown list.
Step 4: Click the corresponding gear icon of the Application form in which you want to add the translation field. 
Step 5: Select the languages you want to add in the translation field.
Step 6: Enter the label that will be displayed for the language selection field on the application form. 
Step 7: Click the Save button to confirm the changes.

Translate and Verify the Application Form
After enabling additional languages on the application form, translate the form content and verify that the translated popup message is displayed correctly.
Step 1: Click the corresponding pencil icon of the application form in which you added the languages for the translation field. 
Step 2: Click the Languages field button.
Step 3: Click the Greek option. 
Step 4: Click the Translate with AI button to translate the fields and questions in the application form into the selected language.
The popup message after clicking on the "Did you start an application?" button is translated automatically when the application form is translated into the selected language.

The fields/questions in the application form will be successfully translated to the selected language.
You have to perform the steps 3 and 4 for each of the language you added for the translation other than the default dashboard language.

Step 5: Click the Save button to confirm the changes.
Step 6: Click the View Form button of the application form.
Step 7: Select the preferred language from the translation field you created.
Step 8: Click the Did you start an application? Click here to finish. Button.
The popup message displayed after clicking the Did you start an application? Click here to finish. button will appear in the selected language.
