[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # Track Who Declined a Shift Job Applicant ## Track whether a Shift Job applicant was declined by an admin or a client. The Declined by column in the applicant table identifies who made the decision, making it easier to review and manage declined applicants. For demonstration purposes, we have declined the shift job applicant from the Admin side.
