Submit and Manage Reimbursement Requests
Submit and manage reimbursement requests from the Reimbursements section. Provide care details, upload receipts, and track or update your requests as needed.
Submit a Reimbursement Request
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard and connect your Stripe account to receive reimbursement payments (if not already connected).
For more details on connecting your Stripe account, refer to the Candidate Stripe Connection Setup article.

Step 2: Click the Add Reimbursement Request button.
Step 3: Select the type of care you are requesting reimbursement for.
Step 4: Select the care location.
Step 5: Select the address for the care location.

You can also click the Add Address button to add a new address.
Step 6: Enter the required information as shown in the screenshot below.
The information in this set varies depending on the care location you select in Step 4.

Step 7: Enter the Date, Start and End time.
Step 8: Click Upload and select the receipt for the reimbursement request.

Step 9: Check the “I confirm that I received the services or care listed above and that the information and receipt provided are accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge.” checkbox.

Step 10: Select the child from the dropdown list. 
You can also click Add Child to create a new record.
Step 11: Click the Submit button to proceed.
Your reimbursement request will be submitted successfully.
View and Edit a Reimbursement Request
Step 12: Click the pencil icon corresponding to the reimbursement request you want to view or edit.
Step 13: Review the details and make changes as needed, then click Submit to save the updates.
