[Settings](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/settings?hsLang=en) # Steps To Add New Location For Your Agency ## Adjust settings for adding a new location for someone else to have the notifications, email templates, document templates related to the new location ### **Step 1: Add the Location in Global Settings** 1. Add your new location(s). 3. Click **Save**. ![add\_a\_new\_location](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/add_a_new_location.png?width=530&height=198&name=add_a_new_location.png) **Step 2: Update Your Applications** Depending on how your location question is set up, new locations should automatically appear as options on your client and/or candidate applications. To confirm: 1. Open your **Applications**. 2. Go to: **MORE → GLOBAL SETTINGS → NOTIFICATIONS ![notifications](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/notifications.png?width=670&height=229&name=notifications.png)** 2. Review each notification type to ensure the correct email addresses are assigned for the new location. While logged in as an admin, open your **Application Form**. 2. We recommend reviewing each tab to ensure the new location is fully configured. **Step 4: Update Email Templates** 1. Go to: **MORE → EMAIL TEMPLATES ![email\_templates](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/email_templates.png?width=670&height=210&name=email_templates.png)** 2. To create a version of a template for the new location, duplicate an existing one: - Click the **pencil icon** → **Duplicate**. ![edit\_template](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/edit_template.png?width=670&height=212&name=edit_template.png) - Once you duplicate it, it will show up on your email template lists. 3. Duplicate an existing template using the **pencil icon**, or create a new one from scratch. 2.
