How to upload a file when clocking-out of a shift job

Upload a file when clocking-out of a shift job. This is useful for agencies who need clients to sign a physical piece of paper and upload to the system.

From the admin view click on any candidate and go to their Profile view, then under "My Jobs" click on the gear icon on the table header to access the settings for candidates when they are on the job (please note that these settings apply to ALL candidates, the specific candidate you click on to edit these settings does not matter):

If you scroll to the bottom, you'll see a checkbox setting: Candidates can upload a file under "My Jobs"

Turning this on will give candidates an option to upload a file for each shift job. You can also optionally add email addresses that you want to get notified whenever a candidate uploads a file to a job:
