Show Unspecified Sections in Candidate and Client Profiles

Configure unspecified sections to appear in Candidate and Client profiles by assigning custom labels and enabling their visibility for each profile type. This helps display additional profile information directly within the admin panel of Candidate and Client profiles.

Let’s get started 🚀


Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard, then click More > Application & Profile Builder as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Filter by User Type box to open the dropdown list.

Step 3: Select the Unspecified option.

Step 4: Click the gear icon next to the application form whose fields you want to display in Candidate and Client profiles.

Step 5: Scroll down a bit and provide the Label for Candidate Option and Label for Client Option. Then, check the Show in Admin Panel of Candidate Profiles and Show in Admin Panel of Client Profiles checkboxes.

Step 6: Scroll down and click the Save button.

The fields or sections from the unspecified application form will be displayed successfully in the admin panels of the Candidate and Client profiles.
