Show Unavailable Candidates When Broadcasting Shifts

Enable this setting to include candidates in shift broadcasts even if they have not entered their availability. When turned on, the system will no longer filter out candidates marked as unavailable or those without a schedule, making it easier for agencies that do not require availability tracking to reach all potential candidates.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click the Shift Job Calendar in the top navigation bar.


Step 2: Open any shift job in the calendar.


Step 3: Click the Broadcast button to continue.


Step 4: Click the Gear icon as shown in the screenshot.


Step 5: Check the When broadcasting shift job, check 'Who are not available at this time' option by default checkbox, and then click the Submit button to save the changes.
