[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # Show Total Pay to Candidates for Shift Jobs ## Enable the Show total pay amount to candidate setting to let candidates see how much they can earn when viewing shift jobs, helping them understand the value of each job before selecting it.
