Show Sections Based on User Tags

Control the visibility of sections in Application and Profile Builders by using user tags as show conditions. By configuring section visibility based on assigned user tags, you can display specific sections only to users who meet the configured criteria, helping present more relevant information within application and profile forms.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Application & Profile Builder as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the builder in which you want to configure show conditions.

Step 3: Expand the section where you want to configure the show condition, and then click the box next to Additional Properties.

Step 4: Select the Show Condition option from the dropdown list.

Step 5: Select the User Tags option from the dropdown list in the Show If option.

Step 6: Select the user tag that should control when the section is displayed.

The section will only be displayed when the user has the selected tag assigned to their profile.

Step 7: Click the Save button to apply the changes.
