Select a **Placement Job** profile or select **Add** on the top left of the screen to create a new one. Note: Look for the type as *Placement Job*.  4\. Create the Field. Select **Save**. 8\. Back to Mission Control.  9\. FOR SHIFT JOBS: Select **Shift Jobs** and select **View Job Board.** See image 9.  13\.
