Shift Job Analytics Reports

Review different reports in the Shift Job Analytics area to analyze shift-job activity, revenue, assignments, weekly metrics, and workforce capacity. Each report provides a different view of your shift-job data to help you review the information you need.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Shift Job Calendar from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Analytics option, as shown in the screenshot below.

You can then select the report you want to view from the available reports. 

Attendance Report

The Attendance Report shows candidate-level attendance and shift activity for the selected period. It includes details such as the number of jobs, late clock-ins, broadcasts, and accepted jobs.

Revenue Report

The Revenue Report provides an overview of revenue generated from shift jobs, including the number of jobs and hours booked. You can also break down the report by location to review revenue performance across different locations.

Auto Assigned Report

The Auto Assigned Report shows how shifts were assigned, including auto-assigned, manually assigned, and requested shifts. It also provides details such as job date, location, category, candidate, status, and hours booked.

Weekly Metrics Report

The Weekly Metrics Report compares key shift metrics across different weeks. It includes metrics such as total posters, total jobs, and total hours worked, helping you review weekly activity and trends.

Workforce Capacity Report

The Workforce Capacity Report provides an overview of candidate availability across locations. It shows the number of locations covered, total candidates, and candidates without an assigned location, with options to filter the results by status and location.
