Set Up ZIP Code Availability Auto Responses

Configure automatic responses for incoming ZIP code availability enquiries. The system checks the ZIP code mentioned in an email against your agency's configured ZIP code list and automatically sends the appropriate response based on whether the ZIP code is covered.

Configuring the automatic ZIP code email response feature does not activate it automatically. After completing the configuration, contact Support to connect your system to the email response service and complete the activation process. 

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Scroll tabs to the left, and click the Others tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and click the Auto Response Email option to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Check the Auto response to incoming emails based on zip code checkbox.

Step 5: Enter the email address(es) that should receive incoming emails for ZIP code availability checks. 

Automatic responses will be triggered when emails are sent to these addresses.

Step 6: Enter the keyword that must be present in the email subject. 

Automatic responses are triggered only when the specified keyword is detected in the subject line.

Step 7: Enter the email content that should be sent to the sender when the email contains a ZIP code that is covered by your agency. 

You may also make use of the AI ASSIST feature to enhance the quality of the text. To learn how to use it, refer to the Use AI ASSIST Feature article.

Step 8: Enter the email content that should be sent to the sender when the email contains a ZIP code that is not covered by your agency. 

The settings will be saved automatically.

The system will automatically check the ZIP code mentioned in the incoming email and send the appropriate response based on whether the ZIP code is covered by your agency.
