Set Expiry for Shared Profile Links

Set an expiration period for shared profile links to automatically restrict access after a defined number of days. This eliminates the need for manual follow-ups and helps you manage profile visibility more securely and efficiently.

Let’s get started 🚀


Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Candidates in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the candidate for whom you want to set an expiry for the shareable profile link.

Step 3: Click the Profile tab to go to the candidate profile.

Step 4: Click the Save icon next to the shareable profile link.

Step 5: Enter the name, description, and the number of days after which the link should expire.

Step 6: Click the Submit button.

Step 7: Click the View all Saved Link button.

The saved shareable link will display the expiry date based on the number of days set.
