Set a Download Limit for Document Templates

Set a download limit for document templates to control how many times documents can be downloaded. This helps restrict repeated downloads and provides greater control over access to important documents. Once the configured download limit is reached, the document can no longer be downloaded.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Document Templates as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the corresponding pencil icon for the document template in which you want to configure a download limit.

Step 3: Click the Advanced Settings option.

Step 4: Click the Permissions & Access option to expand and view its details.

Step 5: Enter the maximum number of times the document can be downloaded in the Download Limit field.

Step 6: Click the Update button to save the changes.

The Download PDF button changes to Download Limit Reached and becomes inactive once the configured download limit is reached.
