[Templates & Communication](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/templates-communication?hsLang=en) # Send Signed Document Notifications with Download Links ## Configure email templates to notify clients or candidates after they sign a document. Include the signed document link in the email so recipients can easily view or download the agreement for their records. Example: **Subject Line**: Thank you for signing \[\[document\_name\]\] **Body Content**: Hello \[\[fname\]\], Thank you for signing \[\[document\_name\]\].
