Send Bulk WhatsApp Messages

Send WhatsApp messages in bulk to selected candidates or clients using the available WhatsApp templates. You can select the recipients, choose a template, enter the required values, and broadcast the message directly from your agent dashboard.

In order to use the WhatsApp integration, you first need to set up our SMS feature by filling out this form here.  

You cannot send WhatsApp messages to individual users. The integration can only be used to send bulk messages. 

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Email/SMS/Push/AI Voice Blaster as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Select the Audience Type to which you want to send the WhatsApp message. 

For demonstration purposes, we are selecting Candidates.

Step 3: Click the Next:Select Recipients button.

Step 4: Choose one of the following options to select the recipients: 

  • Send to Mailing List

  • Select recipients by checking the check box on the left side of their name. For demonstration purposes, we will go with this method.

Step 5: Select the recipients to whom you want to send the WhatsApp message.

Step 6: Click the Next: Compose Message button.

Step 7: Click the WhatsApp option to expand and view its details.

Step 8: Select the WhatsApp template you want to use. 

Currently, there are only two templates available within the WhatsApp integration.

1. Job Availability

Hi {first_name}, there is a new job available on {date} from {start_time} to {end_time}. Please click the button below to see the details.

2. Job Reminder

Hi {first_name}, there is a new job available on {date} from {start_time} to {end_time}. Please click the button below to see the details.

If this is your first time using WhatsApp for messaging, please contact our support team to activate your number for WhatsApp messaging. Without activation, messages will not be delivered via WhatsApp.

Step 9: Enter the required values for the variables in the selected template.

Step 10: Click the Broadcast WhatsApp button.

Step 11: Click the Yes button to proceed.

WhatsApp messages will be sent to users with verified phone numbers.
