Schedule SMS Messages
Schedule SMS messages to be sent automatically at a specific date and time instead of sending them immediately. This feature helps recruiters and staff plan their communications in advance, send timely follow-up messages after phone calls, and schedule texts for evenings, weekends, or future dates. By automating SMS delivery, you can improve communication efficiency, increase response rates, and reduce the need for manual reminders.
For demonstration purposes, this article uses candidates as an example, however you can follow the same steps for clients as well.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Candidates in the navigation bar.
Step 2: Click the candidate to whom you want to send a scheduled SMS message.
Step 3: Click the Email/SMS tab as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 4: Click the Select Template box under the Send SMS section to open the dropdown list.

Step 5: Select the SMS template that you want to use.

Step 6: Click the Schedule Send button.

Step 7: Select the sending time as required.
For demonstration purposes, we are selecting the “Send in 1 hour” option.
You can also choose to send the SMS message at a specific date and time by selecting the "Send at a specific time" option. 
Step 8: Click the Submit button to confirm.
The SMS message will be scheduled and sent automatically at the selected time.
