This feature helps recruiters and staff plan their communications in advance, send timely follow-up messages after phone calls, and schedule texts for evenings, weekends, or future dates. By automating SMS delivery, you can improve communication efficiency, increase response rates, and reduce the need for manual reminders. For demonstration purposes, this article uses candidates as an example, however you can follow the same steps for clients as well.
