Reporting a Problem

Configure the Reporting a Problem settings to allow candidates to report issues during shift jobs and control how those reports are handled.

Settings

The following settings are available under the Reporting a Problem option and can be configured based on your requirements.

  • Has a button to let candidate report a problem for assigned shift job
    Adds an option for candidates to report issues related to their assigned shift jobs.
  • Text of the report problem button
    Defines the label displayed on the report problem button.
  • Label of the upload files field in report problem dialog
    Specifies the label for the file upload field in the report problem dialog.
  • Description of the upload files field in report problem dialog
    Defines the description shown for the file upload field to guide candidates.
  • Label of the note field in report problem dialog
    Specifies the label for the note input field in the report problem dialog.
  • Notification emails when candidate report problem
    Defines which email notifications are triggered when a candidate reports a problem.
  • Job status to update to when candidate reports a problem
    Specifies the job status that will be applied when a problem is reported.
