Replace Updated Tags and Locations Across Related Settings

Replace updated tags and locations across related settings to keep existing configurations aligned when values are renamed. When you update a tag or location, you can choose to automatically replace the previous value in all related settings, helping maintain consistency throughout your dashboard and reducing manual updates.

For demonstration purposes, this article uses candidate tags to illustrate how tag updates can be applied across related settings. The same functionality and behavior also apply when updating client tags.  

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Candidates in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the candidate in the list whose tags or locations you want to update.

Step 3: Click the gear icon next to the Tags heading to open the tag settings.

For demonstration purposes, we will update one of the tags in the tag list.

Step 4: Update the name of any tag as required.

Step 5: Click the Yes button to continue.

The selected tag will be updated successfully.
