Receive Application Notifications for Placement Jobs

Configure placement jobs to send application notifications to one or more email addresses. This allows the appropriate people to be notified automatically whenever a candidate submits an application for a specific placement job.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click Placement Jobs in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Click the Post Job button.

Step 3: Click the Configure Form button to open the Placement Job builder.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and click the Add Field button.

Step 5: Enter the Field Label, then select List Text Field as the Field Type.

Step 6: Select info__notification_emails as the model in the Model field.

Step 7: Click the Save button.

Step 8: Scroll down to the newly created field and click the + button.

Step 9: Enter the email address that should receive notifications whenever someone applies for the placement job.

You can add additional email addresses if required. 

Step 10: After entering all the required placement job details, click the Post button.
