[Application Forms & Profiles](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/application-forms-profiles?hsLang=en) # Prevent Automatic Cancellation Fee Charges ## Enable the Do not charge the cancellation fee (Only save cancellation fee to the suggested charge) setting in the Booking Builder to prevent cancellation fees from being charged automatically. This setting works independently of other fee settings and saves the cancellation fee only to the suggested charge.
