Only Broadcast To Candidates If The Job Zip Code Is In The Candidate’s Working Zip Codes

Without using locations, ensure that candidates are only broadcast positions that work fit their zip code.

Set Up.

1. From Mission Control select More.

2. Select Application and Profile Builders.

3. Select any candidate Section or Add a new candidate section.

4. Add a field.

5. Select Checkbox Group as the Field Type and add all of the zip codes you offer services in. This will allow candidates to select which areas they would like to provide services in.

6. Be sure the model is working_postal_codes.

The model working_postal_codes ensures the Enginehire system can connect this list of selected zipcodes with the settings that alert candidates of which zip codes require their services.

Settings.

1. From Mission Control select More.

2. Select Global Settings.
3. Select Jobs.

4. Select Shift Jobs.
5. Select Broadcasting.

6. Select Only broadcast to candidates if the zip code is in the candidate's working zip codes.

7. Select the Floppy Disk Icon to save.
