# Only apply cancellation policies for specific cancellation reasons

## When an admin cancels a shift job, they can select a cancellation reason. You can configure your cancellation policies to only apply for specific cancellation reasons, if there are certain reasons for which you do not charge cancellation fees.

1\. Go to the **Application and Profile Builder**

2.  Select your **Booking** section and select the **Gear Icon** to edit the settings:

3\.
