Only apply cancellation policies for specific cancellation reasons
When an admin cancels a shift job, they can select a cancellation reason. You can configure your cancellation policies to only apply for specific cancellation reasons, if there are certain reasons for which you do not charge cancellation fees.
1. Go to the Application and Profile Builder
2. Select your Booking section and select the Gear Icon to edit the settings:
3. Under the "Charging and Payments" tab for your cancellation policies you can select which cancellation reasons the policy applies to (if none are selected then the policy will apply to all reasons):
