# Use Plural Tags to avoid Multiple emails going out for a job with additional dates
## In this video you will learn how to have 1 email sent out with all the information consolidated for a Shift Job with additional dates
When a shift job has additional dates, each date is a separate job in Enginehire. If your broadcast template uses a tag that is evaluated per job, candidates receive one email for every date. Plural tags solve this by pulling the details of all related jobs into a single email.
### Which plural tag consolidates shift dates?
Use **\[\[jobdatestimes\]\]** in your auto broadcast template. It lists the dates and times of every related job in the broadcast, regardless of how those jobs were created, so candidates get one email with the full schedule. This applies to shift jobs created with additional dates and to Bright Horizons requests with multiple sessions.
Avoid **\[\[associated\_shift\_jobs\]\]** in broadcast templates. That tag lists the other jobs linked to one specific job, and because it is rendered separately for each job, it causes the multiple-email problem this article is about.
