Mileage & Reimbursement

Configure the Mileage & Reimbursement settings to control how candidates log mileage and request reimbursements during or after shift jobs.

Settings

The following settings are available under the Mileage & Reimbursement option and can be configured based on your requirements.

  • Hide mileage question when candidate clocks out of shift job
    Removes the mileage input option when candidates clock out of a shift job.
  • Include mileage when charge and transfer shift job
    Includes mileage charges when processing payments and transfers for shift jobs.
  • How much they get per mile
    Defines the reimbursement rate per mile for candidates.
  • Hide reimbursement question when candidate clocks out of shift job
    Removes the reimbursement input option when candidates clock out of a shift job.
  • Include reimbursement when charge and transfer shift job
    Includes reimbursement amounts when processing payments and transfers for shift jobs.
