Map Internal Shift Job Statuses to Client-Facing Statuses

Map one or more internal shift job statuses to a single client-facing status to simplify what clients see. This allows administrators to continue using detailed internal statuses while presenting clear and consistent status updates to clients.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click More > Global Settings as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Click the Jobs tab from the available tabs.

Step 3: Click the Shift Jobs option to expand and view its details.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Map Client-Facing Statuses to Internal Shift Job Statuses option and click the + button below it.

Step 5: Select the client-facing status that you want to display to clients.

Step 6: Select one or more internal shift job statuses that you want to map to the selected client-facing status.

The settings will be saved automatically.

Now, whenever the shift job status is updated to Assigned or Assigned EH, the client will see the mapped client-facing status.

The client-facing status will be displayed as Assigned regardless of which mapped internal status is used.

If an internal shift job status is not mapped to a client-facing status, the internal status will be displayed to clients.
